The Biggest Workout

Together with Canada Bay Council, Concord Hospital is hosting its second annual Biggest Workout event to promote the importance of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. There will be free exercise activities such as aerobics, Zumba, Tai Chi and yoga, as well as presentations on Healthy Eating by qualified dieticians. Representatives from many of our local businesses and community groups and health and wellbeing experts will be participating on the day.  

To help promote the importance of exercise and a healthy lifestyle, Concord Hospital and City of Canada Bay have joined forces to stage THE BIGGEST WORKOUT at The Connection, 30 Shoreline Drive, and Rhodes on Sunday 26 March 2017, from 8am to 12 midday.
