The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) at Balmain Hospital is made up of consumer representatives from all walks of life that represent the interests of patients and their support people who attend Balmain Hospital. These representatives meet on a regular basis and provide feedback to the Balmain Hospital Executive on issues that impact upon satisfaction with the patient experience and ways to improve the hospital services such as:
The CAC is interested in receiving feedback from people of all ages and cultures and who are interested in supporting Balmain Hospital to ensure services are responsive to the needs of its consumers. You can provide feedback by writing to the CAC Chairperson c/o Balmain Hospital Executive Unit or send an email to Balmain@sswahs.nsw.gov.au with 'CAC issue' as the subject heading.
