Registration Terms and Conditions

Private Health Insurance
Parent Education Information sessions are not covered by Medicare.
If you have private health insurance, please check with your insurer to see what you are covered for and what information you need from us before making payment.
Some private health funds only cover sessions that are offered by a facilitator who has a private practice and a provider number.

Cancellation and refund policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Sessions fill quickly, so early booking is recommended
Information sessions require a minimum number of participants to go ahead.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible and try to reschedule the session or offer you a full refund.
If you are unwell/unable to attend a face to face session we may be able to reschedule you into an online session.

If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks before the session begins, or do not attend on the day (without providing a valid medical certificate), your booking will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your refund has been approved, it may take 2 to 4 weeks for the amount to be credited back to your account.
