Underground parking is available onsite, however charges do apply. This parking facility is currently operated privately by Metro Parking.
Two hour parking spaces are available in streets surrounding the hospital. There is no general parking within the hospital grounds.
There are limited disabled parking spaces outside the main entrance, in the hospital grounds and in the underground car park. For assistance please phone 9787 0000.
Concession parking rates are available from 1 July 2017 for eligible patients and their carers when parking in the underground car park.
Eligible patients and carers are those holding a concession card or requiring long term hospitalisation or regular treatment at Canterbury, as outlined below. A carer is a person providing ongoing support to a family member, neighbour or friend who needs assistance during their course of treatment.

How to claim
The above eligible patients or carers must present their concession card, photo identification and original parking entry ticket to the Hospital Information Desk to validate their ticket for the concession rate prior to exiting the car park.
Other eligible concessions
How to claim
The above eligible patients or carers must present a completed Concession Parking Ticket Authorisation Form signed by a staff member from their treating team confirming their eligibility. Copies of these forms will be available from your treating service or at the Hospital Information Desk.
The signed form must then be presented the Hospital Information Desk to validate the parking ticket for the concession rate prior to exiting the car park.

The Hospital Information Desk is available 7am to 11.30pm every day to approve forms and validate parking. 3 and 7 day tickets must be issued from the Parking Office in the underground car park, available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
