About Us
Concord Drug Health provides patient and family centred care incorporating withdrawal management, stabilisation, ambulatory care, hospital consult liaison service and specialist medical and nursing clinics. We have a collaborative approach to service delivery with the patient and carers, internal and external health care professionals being included from preadmission to discharge. We provide care for patients with complex drug health comorbidities.
