Any ex-serving member aged 18 years or more who has served with the Australian Defence Force, regardless of their type of service, is eligible. The ex-serving member must have a Medicare card. Current serving members are not in scope for the pilot service but the Centre is aiming to expand the service to current serving members in the future.

Anyone can refer a veteran to the Centre including family members, carers, friends and other support people. A referral from a GP is required on commencement at the Centre. This referral be facilitated by a Case Manager on initial contact with the veteran. The Case Manager will contact the veteran’s GP to confirm receipt of referral.
