Mindfulness and Meditation
There are a lot of good free videos and audio recordings from well respected teachers on Mindfulness Meditation (Kabat-Zinn, Pema Chodron) on Palouse Mindfulness site. There is also a free Online MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) course. A good resource for anyone who can’t attend a face to face MM class at our Survivorship Centre.
Palouse Mindfulness (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)

Centre for Clinical Interventions, a Western Australian Health initiative. It is NOT Cancer specific but it is jam packed with user friendly Self-help Modules on Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Calming Technique, Mindfulness, Sleep Hygiene, Body Image etc. These are all up to date and state of the art evidence based clinical psychology treatments. The only problem with the website is that you have to drill down through the menus to find the resources - they are not immediately obvious. However once you find the resource you are after it is well written and illustrated and is very understandable and user friendly.

Complementary and Alternative Medicines
