Hygiene and hand washing

We cannot see coronavirus - it moves through out spit, coughs and sneezes.

You can catch it if you touch your mouth or face after touching objects or surfaces (like doorknobs or tables) that have droplets of the virus on them.

You might even catch it when someone coughs or sneezes near you. So, it is important that we stop it from moving.

You can help protect yourself and others by regularly washing your hands with soap and water. You need to wash really well for at least 20 seconds.

If you are out and about and don't have soap and water, use an alcohol-based hand sanitiser.
