EARLY CHILDHOOD SOCIAL WORK

About

The Early Childhood Social Work service provides assessment and counselling to support families where there are concerns about:

  • adjustment to parenting
  • post-natal emotional distress
  • managing child developmental stages and related family and relationship issues

We can also assist with other issues impacting on or related to parenting (such as grief and loss, domestic violence, family disruption and social isolation).

Early Childhood Social Workers are trained in group programs such as Circle of Security and Tuning in to Kids.
