“I spent Saturday morning with my 2 year old nephew Arthur enjoying the lovely sunny weather outside. We spent time feeding strawberry tops to the worms in the worm farm and feeding worm juice to the plants, doing chalk drawings, climbing up high on the climbing frame in the park and picking flowers.”
For every baby born in New South Wales, the parents are given a Personal Health Record – better known as a ‘Blue Book’.
The Blue Book has important information about your child’s health and development. It is also a place to record your child’s height, weight, development, illnesses, injuries and immunisations.
We recommend that you take your child’s Blue Book to your Child and Family Health Nurse or local doctor for their regular developmental checks.
