Interpreter Services is available to assist with your appointments. This is a free service available to all patients and their families/carers. Please advise when you are making appointment if you or your family member requires an interpreter or call 9515 0030 to book.
If this is your first appointment, the call centre worker will advise you of the clinic address and your appointment day and time. A letter will be sent out in the mail confirming your appointment day and time. If an interpreter has been requested this will be confirmed on the appointment letter.
Sydney Dental Hospital has a high demand for use of its services. Every appointment is an opportunity to provide a service to you or other patients who have oral health care needs.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to the date and time of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can give your appointment to another patient.
Call the department/clinic directly using the number on your appointment card/letter. If this is your first appointment you can call us on 9293 3333 or 1300 559 393.
Please be advised that patients who Fail to Attend (FTA) two or more appointments without prior notification may have their treatment discontinued.
If your dental condition gets worse while you are waiting for an appointment, please contact the Centralised Oral Health Intake and Information Service (COHIIS).
