IMRI

In 2002 RPA installed the first intra-operative MRI unit in Australia. In 2020 the unit had a significant upgrade to the neuronavigation equipment.

The IMRI unit has particular use for brain tumour surgery, and allows surgeons to track brain shift during surgery.
