Trainee selection for the RPA BPT Network is through NSW Health.
Applications usually open in mid-late July and close in mid-August, with interviews held around early September.
There are several opportunities to find out more about our training program:
Information Evening 2019 - 8 August
Our Annual Information will be held on Thursday 8 August.
It will be held in the Kerry Packer Auditorium, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. Places are not limited for this evening.
Here we provide a comprehensive overview of our program and philosophy of training. The training team members and current trainees will be on hand to answer any questions.
Our aim is to disseminate information about our network as widely as possible. If you would like to to talk to us about our network in more detail, you can contact our Medical Education Support Officer (MESO) Sue Alexander. In order to accommodate requests for a meeting, we suggest that you contact us no earlier than May 1.
Please note that NSW Health do not consider informal meetings prior to annual recruitment necessary. Any such meetings are NOT part of the NSW Health official recruitment process and do not influence a trainee's chance of obtaining an interview.
Ad hoc recruitment
Ad hoc recruitment opportunities do arise from time to time. If you are interested in ad hoc positions (and not currently in a BPT position), please send an email & your CV to Sue Alexander and we will keep you alerted to any vacancies that arise through the year.
