Clinical Research Centre (CRC)

Our Research

The Clinical Research Centre’s (CRC) purpose is to implement the aims of the Sydney Local Health District’s Research Strategic Plan which calls for increased research capacity, quality, translation and access to skills in data management, statistics and business support in a clinical setting.

A free, consultancy and support unit model has been adopted to build capacity and remove barriers to research. Researchers have access to experienced staff including:

  • Research Business Manager
  • Statistician
  • Data Manager
  • Clinical Trials Business Manager

The Centre is the custodian of the REDCap (research data capture) software for the District.
