The Department of Neurosurgery at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA) provides care and a full range of neurosurgical services for adult patients with acute and chronic conditions. The Department of Neurosurgery at RPA has served our community since 1938, as one of the first purpose-built Neurosurgery Units in Australia.
