Access to Databases/Medical Records

If a researcher wishes to access a database and/or paper files for research purposes:

1. The approval of the relevant Database Custodian or Head of Department must be obtained within the REGIS SSA.

2. These persons must have a REGIS account so that they receive the emailed REGIS request.

3. For paper Medical records please list Ms Jasmine Halilovoc.
a. Please contact Ms Jasmine Halilovic Jasmine.Halilovic@health.nsw.gov.au (02 9515 8573) prior to including her in an SSA as some records may be in storage and a fee will be incurred for every record that is requested from an off- site location.
