Please note that eReferrals via HealthLink SmartForms are the preferred method of GP referral to the majority of SLHD services. Referrals sent via fax, email, and walk-in will be phased out to SLHD services over the coming months.

• To eRefer to the RPAH Dermatology Service, use the Sydney LHD Women's Health and RPA Hospital Services Dermatology HealthLink SmartForm - available through Best Practice, Genie, Medical Director or MyHealthLink Portal
