For Patients

• If you have questions about your appointment or care, please contact us by phone or email. Email is preferred, as it is monitored regularly throughout the day. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave a voicemail with your full name, date of birth, and the reason for your call. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
  

For Referring Doctors

• To send patient results or make clinical queries, please contact us via email or phone and include the patient’s full name, date of birth, and relevant clinical details for timely processing.
• Please submit referrals electronically where possible; fax and email referrals are accepted temporarily but will be discontinued soon.
