Flexible Work Practices - The District is committed to enabling a culture that supports flexible working arrangements while ensuring high levels of service provision are maintained.

Guidelines have been developed to:

- support sustainable employment by attracting and retaining talented staff
- balance the competing demands of the District's operational services and workforce
