Thank you for considering fundraising for Brainstorm.

There are many different and creative ways you can fundraise. It doesn't matter whether you are an individual, group or business, with an interest in helping Brainstorm beat brain cancer, your fundraising can make a huge difference.

Before you start, it is important to remember that we, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, are legally required to approve and authorise all fundraising activities.

Getting started:

• Read the Community Fundraising Guidelines and Authority to Fundraise Forms. These can be requested and returned to:

• Once approved, we will send you your approved fundraising form for your files, authorising you to fundraise on behalf of Brainstorm at RPA.

Your Authority to Fundraise can only be issued when:

• A detailed and signed Authority to Fundraise form has been received by us
• The fundraising activity has been confirmed as not exceeding acceptable risk and is in line with our aims and values
• The fundraising activity is viable and will produce a reasonable financial return. Fundraising expenses must not exceed 40% of income.
• You have received a copy of your Authority to Fundraise Form signed and approved by General Manager, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital

Please note: If you fundraise on behalf of Brainstorm without an approved Authority to Fundraise form, you are operating outside of the law.
