15th January 2018// Update: The launch of REGIS has been temporarily postponed. Please continue to check this site for updated information as it comes to hand.
REGIS Implementation for the Sydney Local Health District
(Concord & RPA Zone)
Commencing date TBA
Background:
The Research Ethics and Governance Information System (REGIS) is a new online portal that is being introduced by the Office of Health and Medical Research (OHMR) to manage ethics and site governance of health and medical research projects in NSW and ACT Public Health Organisations (PHOs). REGIS will replace the Online Forms website and you will use it to create and store your ethics and site-governance applications. REGIS will also be used for progress reports, safety notifications and amendments.
REGIS will incorporate the National Health and Medical Research Council’s new ethics application form, the Human Research Ethics Application (HREA), which replaced the National Ethics Application form (NEAF) in August 2017.
