About Us
The Nutrition and Dietetics department provide a comprehensive range of services to in-patients of Concord Repatriation General Hospital, including nutritional screening, nutritional assessment, medical nutrition therapy, counselling and education. Referrals for inpatient services can be made by the patient, family members, allied health, nursing and medical staff.
Staff
Our dietitians hold university level qualifications in nutrition and dietetics recognised by the Dietitians Association of Australia. They are responsible for assessing the nutritional requirements of patients, planning appropriate nutritional interventions and providing education and counselling for patients, families and carers.
