Referrals
All appointments to the General Rheumatology or Psoriatic Arthritis clinic will require a valid referral addressed to one of the doctors in the department as listed below:

- Dr Richard Holland
- Dr Sadia Islam
- Dr Barry Kane
- Dr Dan Sumpton
The referrals can be faxed to 02 9767 8315 or emailed to:
SLHD-ConcordRheumatology@health.nsw.gov.au.
All referrals will be triaged according to urgency and all patients notified as soon as possible.
