About Us
The Vascular Unit is situated on the 3rd level of the main building and is a combined 30 bed cardiovascular ward. The stylish design of the unit provides a warm and friendly atmosphere, not to mention the magnificent view of the Harbour Bridge and the city centre.
We have a cohesive medical and nursing team that are well trained in this specialty area and have a comprehensive education program for those who want to work in this area.
The Ambulatory Vascular wound clinic is located at Aged Care & Rehabilitation Department (Building 12). We accept patients via appointment only. Our opening hours are every Thursday and alternate Fridays with plans to expand our hours and services. It is run by the Vascular Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC), working closely with a Clinical Nurse and our Vascular Surgeons on a needs basis. You can contact Vascular CNC for any enquires.
