How do I set up access to use ClinConnect?

Contact the SLHD Clinical Placement Unit via slhd-cpu@health.nsw.gov.au and state which discipline and site/unit you require access for.

As ClinConnect is a secure database, an individual cannot request access for multiple persons. Access requests will only be granted from individual requests, from clinicians who must note which discipline and facility they require access for. Clinicians cannot manage student placements without having access to ClinConnect.

Once access has been provided, the web address to log onto ClinConnect is www.eportal.health.nsw.gov.au your user name will be your Staff Link Number and the password will be the one you created when you applied for ClinConnect access. If you experience any problems with ClinConnect review the troubleshooting guide which may assist you. If you encounter further issues please contact the SLHD Clinical Placement Unit. 

How do I access training / assistance for ClinConnect?

• Complete the online module 'ClinConnect Fundamentals' access via the CEWD website by logging into LMS from http://www.slhd.nsw.gov.au/cewd/enrol-now.html; when logged in, search for "ClinConnect Fundamentals"

How do I reset my ClinConnect password?

Users will be required to call the Statewide Help Desk if they require a new password to access ClinConnect if the clinician is locked out of ClinConnect, due to attempting to gain access with an incorrect password.
