Allergy Clinic
This is a twice a month clinic specialising in anaesthesia-related allergy, utilising principles of assessment formulated by the Australian and New Zealand Anaesthetic Allergy Group (ANZAAG), run by a staff specialists (Drs Anna Hines and Callum Moi) with specialised skills in the area.
Referrals, following a suspected anaesthetic related reaction should be made by a medical practitioner, usually an anaesthetist or an allergist / immunologist, to The Concord Anaesthetic Allergy Clinic using the referral form from ANZAAG or equivalent documentation and including a copy of the anaesthetic record. Referrals can also be made by email, mail or fax.
Drs Anna Hines and Callum Moi are available on most days to discuss potential referrals and can be contacted through the hospital switchboard.
