Information For Referring Doctors
- All services are bulk-billed through Medicare subject to having a valid referral and patient consent.
- Medicare billing support is essential to support our services.
- Patient must be 16 years or older.
- Patients residing in the Sydney Local Health District Area will have priority according to Hospital Policy.
The Department of Immunology at Concord Hospital welcomes new clinical referrals for the assessment and management of patients with immune disorders.
Key clinical activities include:
- SLE, Sjögren's syndrome and other connective tissue disorders
- Vasculitis and other immune-mediated inflammatory diseases, such as IgG4 disease and sarcoidosis
- Autoinflammatory conditions, such as Familial Mediterranean Fever

Allergic diseases including
- Drug hypersensitivity and testing
- Atopic dermatitis
- Food allergies
- Eosinophilic oesophagitis
- Allergic rhinitis
- Desensitisation therapies
- Adolescent Immunology (including transition from paediatric to adult care)
- HIV medicine and other acquired immunodeficiencies
- Immunosuppression
- Inborn errors of immunity (primary immunodeficiencies)
- Neuroimmunology

Our clinic and consultation rooms at Concord Hospital, Main Building, level 6 West. All patient referrals are triaged for priority per protocol.
